Depends what are you comfortable with , i usually start with AutoCAD then Revit for massing sun path study levels etc., Then conceptual views on Sketchup with basic materials and then Rendering on Lumion. Recently i have completed essential course in Rhino7 and i found it very interesting and detailed and would urged to learn that. Also Autodesk Forma i recommend for wind Sun path and carbon study on site.it a great tool for conceptual Design points and understanding of site conditions.

Several landscape design software options are popular among professionals but I'm gonna share three of them that I really find useful: • AutoCAD – Widely used in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. it offers comprehensive 2D and 3D design tools and allows professionals to create precise drawings and plans for landscapes. • SketchUp – known for its intuitive interface and powerful 3D modeling capabilities. often used for conceptualizing landscape designs and creating detailed models. • Lumion – (definitely one of my favourites) specializes in rendering and visualization, allowing professionals to create stunning 3D visualizations of their landscape designs using "crunchy" greenery textures and objects!
