Easier said then done when you are in panic mode as you cant find A JOB!!!! I apply for selective jobs with tailored resume, and on alternate days work on building my business plan for a new venture. Alternating finding a job vs persuing my passion allows me to learn new skills or new facts about the industry. Just remember, it is your movie and you write the script. Dont focus purely on skills related to your job or title. Learn or venture into other areas that you've been curious about.
