Por exemplo, trabalhar cultura organizacional num contexto de indústria pode ser diferente de trabalhar o mesmo tema numa empresa de tecnologia. Realizar essas atividades numa empresa de pequeno porte, certamente é diferente de realizá-las numa empresa de grande porte.

Big Bird (of "Sesame Street" fame) often says: "Asking questions is a good way to find things out" - this is very true! I would recommend being strategic about the kinds of questions you ask. In general, I would recommend open-ended questions rather than ones that can be answered with a simple "yes" or "no," but one of my favorite strategies is the three-word approach. For example: "What three words would you use to describe the culture here?"
Evaluating how well the position fits with your long-term career goals is essential. Consider how this role could help you progress on your career path or if it offers opportunities to pivot to a different trajectory that interests you. Think about the potential for advancement within the company and whether the position aligns with your values and work-life balance needs. If you can see a future for yourself within this role and the company, it may indicate a deeper interest in the position than you initially realized.
