First things first I think planning your tasks in a way that considers the most productive hours of your day helps.For example am a morning person so I block the most important and urgent tasks of the day in the 1st 3 hrs of my morning.Then i block other tasks after with an allowance of breaks and walks to check on the teams and having purposeful conversations help keep me upbeat.
