When it comes to Brand Strategy my primary goal as an healthcare leader will be to make sure that my team is fully equipped with knowledge related to brand and receives the support and guidance they need and if in case they need assistance in these aspects I prefer to initiate an Open Communication and collaboration. and also encourage the staff to raise the questions or concerns and accordingly will adjust the strategies and if required will re train the staff and provide necessary resources to develop their skills in brand Strategy and development. and lastly I will make myself readily available for all the team members to offer the support and Guidance to achieve the ultimate goal.

And then I can only say, people cannot prioritize or delegate that they don't fully understand. So make sure your team has a very good grasp of the subject, extensive training on the frameworks and concepts you use, and a clear and inspiring brand strategy that directs. If you have that in place, everything flows much easier.
