If I receive negative feedback, I will listen to the person very calmly and them ask him/her to suggest any better way to improve it. (Respond not react) If he/she can than it's ok & if not I'll do my R&D as in how to rectify the errors done. After getting appropriate suggestion, I'll implement the finding right away & then ask for the feedback as a check part. Recordemos que el proceso de retroalimentación es un proceso subjetivo, al principio podemos pensar con el estomago o ser vicerales al recibir criticas de nuestro desempeño, lo que comunmente suele pasar es el responder a la defensiva o justificarse sin escuchar a la persona. Pueden tomar en cuenta que los comentarios, generan pensamientos que regularmente desenvocan en sentimientos, tratemos de escuchar a la persona sin dejar que no nos afecte directamente y llevemonos la tarea de reflexionar en la tranquilidad si queremos trabajar con ello o no, si decidimos hacerlo hagamos un plan de acción para nuestra mejora.
