Personally, I implement these strategies, and proven effective so far: 1- I use Google Calendar to track deadlines, meetings, and tasks. 2- I start my day by identifying urgent and important tasks to focus on high-priority deadlines. 3- I often use reminders to stay on top of upcoming deadlines. 4- On Mondays, I develop a weekly schedule outlining tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion. 5- I am currently planning to learn a project management app to more effectively organize my all projects including my personal projects.
Allocating specific time blocks for different tasks can significantly enhance your productivity. Consider your natural work rhythm and schedule complex tasks during your peak focus times. Use quieter periods for less demanding work. Time blocks can also be used for regular reviews of your schedule to adjust priorities as needed. This method not only helps in meeting deadlines but also in managing your energy effectively throughout the day.
