One thing I found when being Strategic Planning & MKT Researcher of the Brazilian unit of a US producer of key brands of beverages. My first days I observed the use of Research Reports sent to Brand Managers. Careful look done; I went to 2nd phase: personal interviews with these internal clients. Two were the purposes: introduce me and explore relevant KPIs measuring efficiency and productivity. Findings: some got positive grades and ii) others negative grades. Decisions: maintain & improve the 1st set and the 2d required more actions to redesign processes & evaluate the researchers who designed @ reported to clients. In all, these results lead to my selected moves justifying my 1st managerial position for more than 6 years in this company.
