I agree with this a hundred percent. Communication is the lifeblood of any relationship. If you want to break your relationship, you only need to communicate less. This applies when dealing with Clients. It is important to communicate effectively at all times. I once had a strained relationship with a Client because I was afraid to communicate my concerns. She concluded I wasn’t a good employee. It was until we had a call that we properly understood each other. That could have been avoided if I had communicated earlier.
Being flexible is vital in content strategy freelancing. Unexpected changes or feedback may require you to adapt your plans. Develop a mindset that allows you to pivot quickly and find solutions when faced with new challenges.
