More and more, being vulnerable in the workplace is accepted because we are all human. Behind all the facades, humans do the jobs, humans have lives outside of work, and sometimes, it's okay to share what's happening to gain a deeper understanding.

One thing I've found really helpful is not taking feedback personally or as a personal attack to your character,rather look at it as an opportunity to reflect and grow,from the inside out.
