Employees - listen carefully to your inner voice. If you've lost interest, focus, or motivation, you are probably already due up to take a break and go hug a tree. If your organization doesn't support you in this, for your own health, I strongly encourage you to start looking for ones that do. Leaders - lead the way. Make sure you set an example and also look after your managers and staff.
