When talking about education, there are tracks where you will naturally be interested and some that won't. For me, psychology, motivation, interviewing, and career paths will always be fascinating subjects that I itch to explore in depth. However, as a leader, I also need a perspective on business and administrative goals, which come less naturally. As such, each year, I set myself the goal of going through one program and no more that deepens my understanding of these areas, and that can then translate to my empowering my top skills with contextual knowledge. I think I've said it before, but you should always have three pillars of growth with one objective for each: - Vertical - go deep - Horizontal - go wide - Network - build trust

Reflection and finding time for self improving, is a strict necessity for everyone within an organization. This need is particularly critical for someone in a leadership position. Everything start from the leader and floads down to the other team members: therefore a leader needs to lead by the example, finding time for personal and team self reflection. In today's day and age, if you stop reflect on yourself, the business and the strategy, you will soon stop growing: as a consequence your overall long term future will be at danger. Once you start being your journey in a leadership role you immediately realize how critical is finding time for self reflection both at a personal and at a team level.
