Therefore you should use the folloeing possibilities while working fulltime in your regular job 1 Books and articles about CSR and sustainability topics (the classic way) 2 online courses 3 Free video content or podcasts 4 Webinars (free or paid) 5 social media groups 6 congresses ( not so easy while working fulltime) 7 study at a long distance university (money and time intensive but with a huge leverage potential) Choose what fits best to your needs and then stay for it. Consistancy is the key for success.

You can not expand your time, so you have to decide which experiences will enhance your skills and knowledge.

From my point of view, everybody is a brand, because other puts attributes at you. So why not working on this attribute? If you want to become a brand as a CSR Expert you can do the following: 1. Proactive communication of your knowledge 2. Content creation 3. give talks or write books or articles. 4. Be the face of a project 5. Attend and actively participate to events 6. Walk the talk. 7. Be authentic 8. Have one message and spread it over and over again. Allthough personal branding is much more then the 8 Topics, I think this is a good foundation to start with. Or do I miss something important?
Lastly, being flexible and adaptable is key when working remotely in CSR. Be prepared to adjust your working hours to collaborate with international teams, and be open to learning new tools and technologies that facilitate remote work. Your ability to adapt to various situations and embrace change will make you a standout candidate in the evolving world of Corporate Social Responsibility.
