Try to find out job with flexible working hours, work from home, hybrid etc. options, if we are committed to our assignments and will try to complete them on time then finally results matter. A child needs time and affection regularly we should devote them time whenever we get. Parents should devote time to kids as per their availability at least one at a time or both together. We should engage our child along with us in household activities, indoor or out door activities, try to make child be interested in any activity performed by any of the parents.
