When starting your presentation, you'll want to focus on the visual basics that set the stage for your content. Choose a tool that offers a wide range of templates and themes to ensure your slides have a professional and cohesive look. The ability to add high-quality images and manipulate graphical elements easily is also crucial for creating slides that are both informative and visually striking.

People don't read. As much as I'd like to say otherwise as a writer - the plain & simple is that people tend to skim words, and tend to tune out during prolonged presentations. With that being said - say less, show more. Some of my favourite go-to tools for nailing visuals for presentations would be: 1) Canva: Great templates and awesome AI-suggested imagery too. 2) Tome: All included templates have a very fresh, minimal look to them, with AI-generated imagery as an option in the Pro version. 3) Keynote (Mac): Loads of design capabilities that don't glitch like a lot of presentation platforms out there. There's also a collaborative feature for back-and-forth work between multiple members! 4) Google Slides: Best for collaborative work.

Remember, the goal is to enhance your message, not distract from it, so use these dynamic elements thoughtfully and sparingly to maintain a professional tone.

I've seen people not investing much time in designs. See graphics means interaction. It's a way of making one's content even more conversational and trustworthy. And for that purpose, it's important to focus on what kind of design are we preparing. A boring design can destroy your content. Thus, to make it lively and conversational, use of dynamic elements like memes, flow charts, animations, animated emojis can really help. Remember the goal is to engage and not bore.
-
to incorporate dynamic elements I would utilize Gemini for image creation ideas and out of those ideas I would pick and try to generate similar images on open AI dall-e once find a relevant image created. Properly visualized data can make your information more accessible and easier for your audience to understand and remember.

An important thing to remember when creating a presentation on Canva or any other tool that uses pictures or videos is to ensure the presentation's size will not hamper any accessibility, especially if you are giving a live presentation. Sometimes, the pictures and videos can cause your presentation to lag, so it is always a good idea to resize and consult IT staff to help you make sure it's the right size.
