I would like to see some kind of register of approved providers with their specialisms available. But beware, and this is only my own concern, but I keep thinking about a bit of advice I was once given: "Don't ask a barber if you need a haircut." If improving processes, for example, I would have favoured people fixing the problems and calling in tech advice if needed.
