It is up to us as the Ed Tech team to maintain a growth mindset by reading articles, engaging in plc’s and starting dialouge with other like-minded individuals in order for the educators we serve to also adopt our ways. We must lead by example. We want our educators to be true lifelong learners and attend optional pd opportunities, but we must also take advantage of optional learning experiences!

As a leader, it's your job to ensure that everyone is working towards a common goal. Establish clear communication channels and encourage team members to voice their ideas and concerns. Every year there were a few upgrades and they cycled through. As they upgraded the last set of classrooms, they returned to the first set to start over with the next round.
