Honestly, this is not something any client or employer has cracked for me, instead I'm left with more questions, The hardest being how to ensure emerging trends are truly current and not marketed insight? There simply aren't enough opportunities to enhance cross-disciplinary skills with technology, data analysis, and creative design available to the people that need them. So how younger leaders meant to understand these areas to ensure more forward-thinking educational offerings rather than just "the way we've always done it"?
-
This is a problem I struggle with myself but what I've felt is the solution - 1. Pursue short term courses on the weekends 2. Do courses on edX - they are free with an optional upgrade 3. Honestly - try to do a physical course, on campus. It makes all the difference.
-
