Percebo q a carta de apresentação tem sido menos utilizada. Entretanto ao enviar o currículo por email, é bem educado escrever um breve texto se apresentando, informando como soube da vaga e seus objetivos.

Tailoring a cover letter and resume over to a staffing agency really does depend on whether or not you intend to work for a specific client of theirs or in-house. The resume won't have to be complicated if it's in-house as it needs to revolve around supporting various accounts and understanding the conditions of the current market. If the resume/cover letter are for the agency's client, they will literally take your resume and tailor it for you. Quality recruiters will then to take the time to brief you on what was added to the resume or taken out.

Make sure to have a "standard " CV that you use as a base. once you have it find a prefect job that you want to apply for. Now , read job description carefully and try to find "KEY WORDS" it can se something like Excel, Azure, ERP , Stakeholders Management. Once you have those worlds adjust your CV with using those Key Words. How recruiters can know you have those skills if you never mention them on CV , Recruiters can't read your mind. Don't assume they know. :) Make it easier for them ! and good luck!!!
