A mi me resulta util la metodología SMART. Es decir, establecer objetivos y metas específicas, medibles, alcanzables, relevantes y dentro de un marco de tiempo determinado. Dichos objetivos deben alinearse con la política de seguridad de la empresa y con las normativas legales vigentes. Por ejemplo, un objetivo podría ser reducir el número de accidentes laborales en un 50% durante el próximo año. Después, periódicamente hay que revisar los resultados y ajustar los objetivos para reflejar cambios en las condiciones laborales, la legislación, los avances en tecnología de seguridad, etc. Si adoptas una postura flexible en la definición de objetivos, tu estrategia de resultados se mantendrá relevante y efectiva a lo largo del tiempo.
