How to Unsubscribe on iPhone and iPad

To cancel Apple TV+ on an iPhone or iPod Touch running iOS 13 and up or an iPad running iPadOS 13 and up, follow these steps:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, tap Settings.

  2. Tap [your name] at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap Apple TV+.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or, if you're using a free trial, Cancel Free Trial).

  6. In the pop-up window, tap Confirm to cancel Apple TV+.

How to Unsubscribe on a Mac

To cancel an Apple TV+ subscription on a Mac running macOS Catalina (10.15) or newer, follow these steps:

  1. In the TV app, click Account > Account Settings.

    The Apple TV app is not the same as Apple TV+ or the Apple TV set-top box.

  2. Scroll down to Settings > Subscriptions and click Manage.

  3. Click Edit next to Apple TV+.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription (or, if you're using a free trial, Cancel Free Trial).

  5. In the pop-up window, click Confirm to cancel Apple TV+.

On Macs running macOS Catalina, you can also cancel Apple TV+ by viewing your account in the Apple Music app. If you're on a Mac running macOS 10.14 or earlier, use iTunes to view your account and cancel the subscription.

How to Cancel on Apple TV

To cancel Apple TV+ on an Apple TV running tvOS 13 and up, do the following:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Click Users & Accounts.

  3. Click the account you used when subscribing to Apple TV+.

    If you're asked to sign in to your Apple ID, do so here.

  4. Choose Subscriptions.

  5. Click Apple TV+ - Channel.

  6. Select Cancel Subscription (or, if you're using a free trial, Cancel Free Trial).

  7. Click Confirm to cancel Apple TV+.

How to Cancel Without an Apple Device

If you were using Apple TV+ on a non-Apple device, such as a PlayStation 5, Chromecast, an Nvidia Shield, or another Android-based TV, you can cancel your subscription on the web.

  1. Go to the Apple TV website in any browser.

  2. Select the user icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Choose Settings.

  4. Scroll down to the Settings heading, and then select Manage under Apple TV+.

  5. Choose Cancel Subscription, and then confirm.
