Stage 2 Cooling

My Nest thermostat all of a sudden changed to Stage 2 cooling and now the house is quickly heating up. I checked the wires and I do have wires in both Y1 and Y2. The fan is running but the unit is no longer cooling. How do I change this back to Stage...
