WiFi points showing Offline

For close to 3 years we’ve had the Google Nest WIFI mesh system and cameras lately the WIFI nest mesh points are constantly disconnecting saying they are offline or weak connections (they are in the same place as always) last speed test was 499mps download and 454 upload, but the second I do a mesh test to troubleshoot it says that it’s fine or it will switch one minute saying it’s mesh point one that’s offline and next test it’s mesh point two offline.the app and notifications are constantly sending error issues and it’s getting beyond annoying I’ve tried everything I can think of outside of a factory reset which is my last resort. Any ideas or help is appreciated cause it’s driving me crazy

Not being able to get a consistent internet connection out of your Google Wifi can be disruptive for sure. Don't worry, let's take a closer look so your Google Wifi can perform its best.

First of all, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Since you've mentioned trying multiple things, I'd love to know.

Once the points say that they're offline, if you have any devices directly wired to your router via an ethernet cable, do those lose connection too? Do you have any other routers or switches on your WiFi setup besides your Google Wifi?

It's important to keep in mind that your WiFi points should be within 20 to 25 feet from the main router if they're not wired.
