I tried to access my app and had to sign in to google. (Hate this constant sign in bs). Google asked to + a product. I chose thermostat. Took pic of QR code at back of thermostat and stated Already Installed. It requested the key to be entered. I entered the key and nest app stated it was connecting. Then after 1-2 min Something went wrong. Repeated above 5 times. Retry just does not connect to thermostat. I reset thermostat Restarted also. My network is ok. My internet is ok.

1. Check Wi-Fi on thermostat: Ensure it's connected to your network.
2. Restart router/modem: Power cycle your network devices.
3. Use Google Home app: Try adding the thermostat via Google Home instead of the Nest app.
4. Factory reset thermostat: If the issue persists, perform a full factory reset on the thermostat and try setting it up again.
If none of these work, contact Nest support for further assistance.
