I have more than 1 google payment profile and one of them has my bank account setup to receive the payment for the referral program. I don't know why but I'm not able to receive any payment... Can you help me with that.

We're working on getting your CAD account "unstuck" so that the referral bonus lands in your account.
In regards to your USD account, you would need to have a US bank account or talk to your bank if they have accounts that accepts payments from the US.
