Form Design for Room Device Details

I'm seeking guidance on designing a data gathering form where each row represents one room, but there may be multiple devices in some rooms. How can I set up the form to dynamically populate required values based on the selected quantity of devices, and ensure that the spreadsheet updates accordingly to accommodate multiple devices per room during inspections?
