Percentage change between two rows in a table

Hello! I have been trying for several days to make a table whose columns are some metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, etc., and the rows are the months. The difficulty is that in the rows I need the month prior to the current one, that same month from the previous year and a third row that shows the percentage change between both (example image attached). Does anyone know if it is possible to make that table? Thanks!

You can use derive table method in which you will union or append the two-month queries together and later use table calculation to get the percent change.
