when I am trying to run a custom job on a persistent resource that interacts with the vertex AI it gives me this error
403 Requests had insufficient authentication scopes. [reason: "ACCESS_TOKEN_SCOPE_INSUFFICIENT"
and from what I have inferred is that when I run a custom job using the service account mentioned it runs without any issue, but when I run it using a persistent resource it gives this error. I am not sure what service account is used to run the code on persistent resources.
can anyone guide me here, please
