bucket permitions vs cloud CLI permitions: fail to return list of buckets

Hi,

I have 4 users in a project, all with the SAME PERMITIONS:

2 can see the buckets

2 can not see the buckets

the message is someting like "server can not fullfill your request".  see image:

(sorry for the language barrier of the user, it is in brazil portuguese)

if run the CLI command:

gcloud storage ls --recursive gs://BUCKET_NAME/**

It shows all the folders and files the user has supose to be see:

Tried removing the person, wait a few minutes and put the person back in: nothing changed

Tried anonimuos google chrome internet explorer:  nothing changed

Tried granting owner of the intire projetct:  nothing changed

Tried just the role(and only the role) "Storage Viewer":  nothing changed

Any help?

I've found the solution:

just click DISMISS as show, F5 on the page and done!
