Looker unable to connect to Prod DataBase

Hi, 

Today, we woke up with a major downtime for our company’s LookerStudio Dashboards. All the dashboards connected to our production database are currently down, while Google Sheets and CSV files are running with no issues. This situation leads us to suspect an issue with Looker itself. BTW, all other services and applications using the same database are operating smoothly at 100%
