Hi,

Trying to create a free trail account with my gcp, unfortunately amount got debited twice but i didn't get access to free trial gcp services. It is throwing the below error. Kinldy please suggest someone

Hello,

Kindly note that Google Cloud is not charging you when signing up for a free tier. 

This is just a part of the verification process. Google submits a one-time transaction for verification 

purposes only. No charges are made after this verification process [1].

 

With regards to your payment method, kindly make sure that the Credit Card is not a Virtual/Prepaid Credit Card and can do the following:

  1. Monthly recurring charges
  2. International Transactions
  3. Google Verification

I was facing the same issue. 

Causes of this Problem: You might be detected as Fraud as you have bought many Free Trials from the same device, IP, and Location.

Solution: Use new Device with VPN or best of all to use a Virtual Machine or Instances and make a  completely new Google Account.

Please suggest a concrete method to resolve this. My card has all features. I still get the same error. If I try to contact the support, it says you are not the billing administrator. Whereas, in the IAM principals page, I can clearly see that I am having role of billing administrator. 

 

Please resolve the issue of the error of [OR-BSBBF-103].

Give my money back, my card meet all requirements , and charged , but noting worked in gcloud , it is showing errror,.

If I will not get my money back  because I'm a college student not an office worker , I will file case against gcloud

Can you try to kindly add a new billing account and ensure that the payment method is one of the following accepted ones[1]. If you are adding a credit card, make sure that the credit card is not a Virtual/Prepaid Credit Card and can do the following:

 

Monthly recurring charges International Transactions Google Verification

 

And reach out to support team and file a your issue faced and ask them send your issue to senior for better reach out and keep take updates if doesn't results came then you can go with your legal plans.

Who is this staff, and why is he replying like a bot same thing over and over again, I have paid so many times now that I am losing all hope in GCP.
