Google Cloud Account Gone Rogue

Hi,

So I had to let a developer go this past week.  They had login access to my Google Cloud account and I'm trying to figure out the best way to change all of the login details in case they try to login and go rogue on us...?  Any suggestions on how to best accomplish this?

Thank you!

If you mean that they had access to your Google Account that you use to log in to Google Cloud, follow https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6294825?hl=en to review activity and do some other security steps.

In future I'd recommend using something like managed user accounts to administer access to your Google Cloud environment: https://cloud.google.com/iam/docs/user-identities#google-accounts

Hello!

I recommend you to create an organization:
https://cloud.google.com/resource-manager/docs/creating-managing-organization
You can create new projects bellow the organization and migrate standalone  projects to the organization.
If you use cloud identity free to set up the organization, you will get till 50 free accounts, so that way you can have absolute control of the accounts to onboarding and offboarding.
You can use Google groups too to facilitate the permissioning.

Hope it helps
