Gemeni API don`t work in your location

my website use the Gemeni API to answer user questions, the VDS location is in Kazakhstan, this is an allowed country for use, but when sending a request to the server, an error is returned: the user’s location is not allowed to use the API, what should I do?

I have same problem, my server based in California.
It works from january 2024 and started crashing with 400 error from 26.04.24
"googleapi: Error 400: User location is not supported for the API use."
