Surprisingly not very happy with the product. It does not keep my drink hot/warm for very long, maybe an hour and a half until it’s basically room temp. There’s basically no difference than drinking from a regular mug. Yeti makes a much better version of this – kept my drink hot/warm for nearly 4 hours. I couldn’t even drink out of the Yeti for nearly an hour it kept my drinks so hot for so long. Only bought HydroFlask this time because I’ve been very happy with my other purchases (water bottles) and figured this mug would at least be comparable. In this regard, HF can’t even compete with Yeti’s version.

Less than ideal (online) purchase experience. Had I of known it would take a month and multiple correspondences with customer service (who was great btw) to fulfill the order (something weird on their end - they had to cancel and resubmit it), I probably would have just gone to a store to buy a new one.
I accidentally ran over my last hydroflask mug while camping… drinking coffee out of a glass for a month was weird.
As far as the actual coffee mug goes, it’s good. Cool purple color. A little bigger than I anticipated, but no complaints.

I've been using this mug for a while now, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The double-wall insulation keeps my drinks cold for hours and hot beverages warm for an impressive duration. The matte finish provides a comfortable grip, and the lid seals tightly, preventing any spills. Another great feature is that it’s BPA-free and easy to clean, with no lingering odors or metallic taste. I also appreciate that it’s eco-friendly, reducing the need for disposable plastic bottles.

I have many Hydroflasks including their Coffee tumblers. I didn’t think I would need the Hydroflask mugs when they first came out; however, I was very interested in the Agave color so I thought I would order one. I am now happy I ordered the 12 oz mug - it suits the amount of coffee I drink in the morning (the 8 oz mug was cute but wouldn’t hold what I need). I love the handle because it just feels more comforting drinking from a handled mug as opposed to a sippy traveler tumbler. My favorite feature is the rubberized bottom. I love the soft landing when I put the mug down because I know my desk is protected (I do have coasters for my other HF when drinking colder drinks). The fill line is so genius! The mug feels smooth to the touch. And the lid is easy to clean. I’ve always been happy with all of my HF purchases but this one is my absolute favorite and I’ll be ordering more for Christmas presents!
