First there is no way to access, leave or review the “my hydro” customizable bottles. If you want to know the true color of the “camellia” pink color, visit ANY other site for the exact bottle and you will see the true color everywhere except here on the same computer/device. It is Not a bright pink but very dull and a dull finish. Next, it does keep drinks cold. I wish I could’ve reviewed this exact bottle prior to purchasing 3. As some had expressed on various bottles do not insulate properly or at all. This one does not insulate hot drinks. Within an hour and a half my piping hot drink was barely warm.

This is a great product! It keeps my beverages cold for at least 8 hours (I don't mind that the ice cubes melt). Haven't tried hot beverages, yet. It fits in most of my cars cup holders - it's a little snug in our 2012 car.
My disappointment is that there are no alternatives for the standard mouth lid. Some people don't like straws and would like to have a chug cap or swig (like the coffee) cap. Also, it would be great to have a way to tether the screw off cap to the bottle so it won't get lost.
However, Hydroflask is a solid product and I will purchase one again!

We bought 3 of these for our kids. One rusted inside after a few months use. Contacted Hydroflax about their warranty and was told to mail it in for replacement.. at my own cost.. estimated at $10 or so.. I told her I was not about to spend a third of the cost of a new one to replace something that was under warranty so then I was told i could write on it in sharpie and mail a photo. It's a black bottle.. so I then had to hunt a silver or gray sharpie.. this is a ridiculous process for something with a supposed great warranty. I had already sent them photos of the rust inside. At the very least a postage paid label should be sent if they want it back to prevent resale or proof of damage. The mouth, though smaller than a wide mouth, still resulted in my kids spilling often and I wasn't about to spend even more money on a new lid with a different spout after the fiasco to return the one. So we replaced these with more user friendly versions from Costco and I keep the two not rusted ones as back up for long car trips. I won't be spending more money with this company.
