I believe I purchased my half gallon jug in the beginning part of 2021 I would say I've put this sucker through the ringer! There are only 3 issues I have found in the 3 years.
First being the most important, every month or so, the flippable straw starts to wear and you lose suction. After the first month it's noticeable but not a problem after maybe 3 months you have to add a little pressure to so you don't have extra bubbles in your water, after 6 months your going to need a replacement. The company is extremely helpful giving a replacement top.
Second would be something I noticed this past summer, my jug wasn't staying as cold as it used to and the ice would melt a lot quicker than it ever did. However it did take quite a few years until I got to this point.
Third and final issue is water does leak out the top of the jug from time to time. I've noticed it sometimes will happen when there's a change in air pressure, as if I know when that's going to change during the night 🤦‍♀️.
I love my jug it has become my emotional support jug I really don't go anywhere without it however the straw issue is very very annoying and I am looking into purchasing a different brand possibly because of it 😭

Before you read this take what I say with a grain of salt as it is a very very subtle detail, and for all I know it may only apply to me.

Love this brand. Will always come here for water bottles. Only minor thing I had an issue with is the fact that it starts to become a little less cold after 12-18 hours UNLESS I fill it at least 2/3 of the way with ice. Which doesn’t bother me in terms of space it’s just that the more ice I put in there the more the water will start to taste a little like freezer air when the ice melts. This is not at all caused by the bottle but simply caused by the freezer air getting trapped in my ice cubes when I freeze them. When I do fill it 2/3 or more the way with ice it does stay ice cold for up to 3 days I found. Which I do love it’s just that when all that ice melts it does leave a small trace of freezer air flavor behind. (Less ice = less freezer air flavoring but also a shorter period of time that it is kept at “peak coldness”) it’s only a minor difference in taste. Doesn’t really make much of a difference but just something I noticed. Bottom line is I just wish it could keep it at “peak coldness” for longer with less ice. But hey that might not even be possible. For all I know I could have a poor understanding of physics/thermodynamics. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because it is a pretty minor detail. In the company’s defense though they do state to fill it all the way with ice for best results.

Another thing that I also love is the particular color that I got has this sort of “rainbow pearlescent” effect when light shines directly on the bottle it reflects it in a rainbow spectrum. I was not expecting it to be able to do that so I love that it does that.

Best quality and way better in every way than all their competitors. Ice lasts way longer and water stays colder longer no way around it plus it’s cheaper than other more popular competitors with the same type of products. Glad I decided to go with coldest for my half gallo. Jug since that’s the size I use the most by far and I take it with me basically everywhere. Also keeping the jug next to the bed is so convenient for me and my fiancé rather than two separate small glasses of ice water every night that melts super quickly and ends up just tasting like melted Ice water in the middle of the night and I keep one in the car as well. We also have 4 cats with cat water fountains and it’s cool I can grab our other coldest half gallon jug without ice and pour some water into their fountain. Makes life easier and always got Ice cold water within arms reach.

I stumbled onto these water bottles a few years ago. I love them so much I bought personalized bottles in varying sizes for my whole family, much of my extended family and each of my employees too, plus I have at least 5 different ones of my own
I will never buy another a water bottle anywhere else ever again!! They are awesome!! I have always loved really cold water and finally I always have really cold water. No matter where I am! We have quite a few athletes in our family who always carry gallons jugs around. I am hoping that someday the limited drops will include the gallon size so I can replace their plain gallons with the cool limited drop colors!! I can't wait to see what colors come next!
