I am a LONGTIME and LOYAL fan of Hydro Flask until today.

I have had 6-8 Hydro Flasks over the last several years and have always loved them. I lost one in security while traveling internationally last month so I ordered a replacement bottle. The bottle came to me a couple of weeks ago and it has a clear manufacturing defect, every time you take a drink it sounds like a penny is stuck in the wall of the bottle.

I reached out to the company and they asked me to jump through hoops and would not make me whole on my purchase without extraordinary efforts like going out and buying a thick permanent marker to write on the bottle to evidence it is broken and then send back pictures of myself holding it with the defaced bottle in the picture.

Good work on failing to do the right thing with a loyal customer.

My original Hydroflask lunch bag tore at the seam and this was sent as a replacement. Although it took some time, Hydroflask stands by their products.

The bag is a good size for what I need and my old one did a great job of keeping things cool. I loved the blue color of my old bag. I’m not a fan of black, especially since it sits in my car at times.
My biggest issue is I’m not a fan of the fabric. It has a coating compared to the old one. It reflects light off it differently which irritates my eyes.
Functionally the bag is fine but I haven’t been using it because of the feel and look.

I love Hydroflask insulated bottles! They insulate and keep my drinks cool for hours at a time! I regularly use my hydroflask to bring iced water to and from work to stay hydrated and every time I go to take a sip, I can hear my ice cubs bouncing around! My water stays cold for hours (6+ hours) and always tastes refreshing in these hot summer months! I have multiple colors bc they’re all so cute, I can never pick just one! I also love that they’re very sturdy and can withstand some rough and tumble which still keeping its integrity. I would highly recommend this bottle if you’re looking to keep your cold drinks cold!!

I’ve been through a ridiculous number of travel coffee mugs, which have all failed for one reason or another (not the least of which being they won’t fit under my Keurig brewer). This mug was a surprise. My FAVORITE aspect of the Hydroflask is the capability to dismantle the lid and THOROUGHLY clean the components. The mug adequately keeps my coffee hot (“ish”…I’m not someone who has to have it boiling at all times) and it’s a great size for my servings of two 6 ounce cups a day. I did have a slight mishap with leaking, but ascribe it to user error (tighten the lid! Lesson learned.). This arrived crazy quickly and am pleased with the purchase.
