This company stinks. Don’t buy from them. I bought a blue 40oz bottle, it had a factory defect i didn’t notice until months later. I tried to get a replacement. The two nasty reps gave me attitude about what took me so long to make the claim. I said what does it matter it’s a lifetime warranty. They ended up sending me a different color bottle. Completely different color and style cap. They also refused to re engrave my name on the bottle. Which I had paid for on my original bottle. I called them about it and they told me there was nothing they can do. I told them there was something I could do. I will go back to the coldest water company bottles. They honor their lifetime warranty and do their engraving in the warehouse where they ship from. Hydro flask out sources the engraving. They got to big and only cares about the bottom line not its customers. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

I love my Hydro Flasks! Despite the fact there is a rather popular contender on the market, it just doesn’t compare to the functionality and durability of any of the Hydro Flask bottles! Time and time again they prove to be great gifts for friends. They come in a variety of colors and limited edition designs and color-ways, plus you can swap out tops and choose which bottle topper you like most! The handle on top of the bottle makes carrying the bottle a breeze. I do find that it’s more light weight than other brands which is even better! I have a few different bottle and straw brushes that I clean with which I purchased along with one of my bottles. Also love the fact you can add and change out boot colors to give it your own unique look and style!

Cabela’s is a massive disappointment on an epic level! I received a gift card and ordered the teal colored 40 ounce widemouth Hydro flask water bottle. It arrived and was completely the wrong color. I had to order it again from the store… How irritating… Again I waited another two weeks and this time it came in the right color but dented. Then I thought… Wow, maybe three times the charm and guess what? It was! Finally, it arrived intact. I will say that each of the packages that I received… The water bottle was not at all in any way shape or form packaged appropriately. Disappointed and never to return to Cabela’s again!

Color is beautiful, gives slytherin vibes. Slight gloss/shimmer. Hence the color name.. hahaha!!
Got it for my husband for everyday use/school. Definitely lightweight. Still a bit heavy of course when you add ice and water but feels light. Definitely slim enough to get in the side water pocket of a north face backpack. (not sure about other backpacks)
Other Wide mouth tops fit, but not their booties for the bottle ones; so if your wanting a bootie for this; like mentioned in the description get the trail series bootie. The regular won’t fit this one.
