This Tandem Cooler Cup is fun and well made. The double wall vacuum insulation does help keep drinks hot and cold. It doesn’t keep temperature as long as with an insulated bottle due to the open top but it does keep it for much longer than without this cup. I like that you can use this as both a cooler cup and also as a cup. The inside is stainless steel and safe to drink out of. The cup comes with a collar that can be used either on top to keep canned drinks inside or on the bottom as a boot/coaster. I wish that it also came with a lid but you can purchase one separately. I just think it is scary to use such a tall cup that holds so much liquid without a lid and definitely would have been nice to have had it included. The snapper color is a pretty pink burgundy color that is fun and I like the shade of the darker toned included collar in combination with the body of the cup. The collar is great in keeping the drinks in place and keeping the cup steady when on the bottom. It is well made like most Hydroflask products.

Functionally, however, the tandem size is not completely convenient and comfortable. The cup itself is quite heavy and then gets really heavy when you add in two full cans. It isn’t that convenient that after you finish the first can, you have to dump both cans out and put them back in order to drink from the second can. The weight distribution also changes awkwardly as you switch the empty and full can positions. I think it would be more versatile to have two single can size cooler cups or one cooler cup and a more traditional cooler for the spare drinks. I do think the novelty of being able to keep 2 cans cool at once and only having to bring this one cooler on a day trip or event is pretty fun and useful. From a versatility standpoint and wanting to own sustainable things that are intentionally useful, I think it is not the best size for myself. Overall though, I think it is well made and is a great cooler cup especially if you like being able to have a spare can in the same cup.

This tandem cooler cup works perfectly for me as a tumbler cup. I just use a small press in lid to keep spills and sloshes to a minimum and the silicone ring goes on the bottom as a non-slip coaster. The narrow barrel of the cup is what I needed for my very small, arthritic hands while getting a little more volume capacity than my trusty old 22 oz tumbler. Fits in my cup holder in the car and has all the Hydroflask qualities. Perfection!

I wanted the Tandem cooler cup because it keeps my drinks nice and cool. It holds 2 cans at the same time. I usually have one can on the bottom and an open can on top. I got the pretty raspberry color which is the same color as my friends cooler cup. I got another color collar to put on my cup so I could tell which cup was mine. I like the hydro flask because it keeps my drinks cool longer and makes it easy to drink out of one while keeping the other can nice and cool. It is easy to wash and keeps it nice bright color. I really like having the Tandem cooler cup because it makes it easy to take my drinks with me to outdoor activities and my drinks are still cold. Great for gifts too.

Hydro flask always makes a solid product, and this one is another hit. The cooler itself holds two of my seltzers stacked. It’s the perfect fit in a beach bag, backpack, or larger purse. It keeps them cold for hours and once one is finished, just untuck the other, and switch them. I generally use it this way, but my husband will grab it to hold his beer bottle. We have also used it as a cup many times, and I added the lid and straw recently. It holds 20+ oz and keeps it all icy. It’s stainless, versatile, dishwasher safe, and a perfect boating accessory. Love that it does 3 jobs, when storage is at a premium!
