Awesome bottle! The Tourmaline color is gorgeous!

This is an amazing, lightweight, insulated water bottle. I originally bought the 32 oz for my son to use as his school bottle, and it was great. Kept the ice frozen all day and he could refill as needed at school. Then I bought a 24 oz for when we go to Universal Studios or Disney. I fill it with ice and a drink first thing in the morning, it fits in the water bottle pocket in my fanny pack, and we just refill it as needed throughout the day and always have an ice cold drink! This is especially crucial in the Florida heat! It is wonderfully light, seems to insulate just as well as the regular cups, and even though it does get a little dented it still works beautifully. I just bought a second 24 oz cup because these are so great that I want to have a backup on hand. I got the new Tourmaline color, and it is BEAUTIFUL in person! It’s actually ombre, even though it doesn’t look like it in the pictures, so the bottom is a beautiful dark color and it gets lighter as it goes up. It’s shiny and just totally gorgeous. If you’re looking for a lightweight insulated water bottle, this one is 10/10.
Just ok

so i bought this one intending to love it. it's the perfect color and looks so sleek. despite the review to follow i really liked the bottle. however, it does not keep drinks cold or warm. when i fill it with ice first thing in the morning it was completely gone by the end of day, and all my other hydroflasks kept ice frozen for days. so i tried it for my coffee, hoping maybe i'd be able to use it for that. nope, I heat up my coffee to scalding first thing in the am and then pour it in there, within 4 hours it was tepid, usually it stays hot/very warm til mid afternoon. so to sum it up, i want to love it, but it does not work as good as the regular hydroflasks.
[Incentivized Review] Lighter Streamlined Bottle w/ the Same Benefits!

I'm pretty stoked that Hydro Flask has released a new lightweight Trail series of bottles. I'm an avid hiker so a more lightweight Hydro Flask but with pretty much the same benefits as a normal Hydro Flask is a huge advantage for me when I'm walking for hours on end. To be able to enjoy fresh cold water while lightening the weight of my load is heavenly.

This bottle claims to still be able keep cold water up to 24 hours and hot liquids up to 12 hours just like their original Hydro Flasks. The bottle has a slimmer construction with thinner 18/8 pro-grade stainless steel construction and includes a screw-on threaded flex cap that has a perforated strap to reduce the weight. The pivots are also made of a lighter weight aluminum. In the end, it is about 25% lighter than the their original Hydro Flask bottles.

So far, there are only three brushed metal colors, Clay, Obsidian, and Slate, but I'm pretty sure they'll be coming up with new colors soon. I got the 24 oz Slate and it looks great. It's lightweight even filled to the brim with water. The size of the bottle also fits well in my smaller hands. It has a wide mouth opening which is compatible with their other wide mouth lids too, which is awesome in case I want to switch out the lid for something different in the future.

Like always, the bottle can be beaten and dented up in my bag and still be reused pretty much forever, or at least I'm hoping. I am glad to have this hiker's bottle by my side for a long time. So far I have yet to see any downsides to this bottle compared to the original other than maybe a slightly decreased cold/hot retention (but insignificant in the grand scheme of things), less customizable colors, and maybe a slight decrease in durability. But with Hydro Flask's lifetime warranty, I think I'll be just fine!
[Incentivized Review] Great bottle. Quality control and support not so much.

I love the lightweight bottle I got! I’ve purchased Hydro Flasks before. The only issue is the boot I bought for it wasn’t cut straight and looks used. I contacted support twice and never heard back. It’s a small fix and not a huge deal accept QC should be better. It would be great to have gotten a replacement though. If the bottle came with the flask that’s on thing. But considering I had to pay extra for something that looks used it’s a disappointment. 😔
