The bottle part is perfect. Holds temp, fits in a cup holder, durable and has a nice wide mount. The lid is useless. It wouldn’t leak when you first fill it up. The problem is when you take a sip on your commute. Some coffee gets trapped in the twisting section and seeps out in between the two hard plastic parts. My backpack is permanently stained from this happening. I do like the handle. I would have been better off using a regular cap instead of this lid.

I bought two of these coffee mugs at the same time. I love my coffee hot, hot, hot. And they were great. But first one failed, I sent it to the company for the guarantee replacement. Fine, but they never reimbursed me for the postage. Now the second one has failed. I don’t think I want to bother with sending it back because they won’t reimburse the postage. I really think the cups should last more than a handful of months for that price. I’ll try to find another brand that will last longer.
