December 1, 2024Finally caved and bought this from hydroflask. Quality is always the best for me at hydroflask and totally worth the price. I use the standard size cap with straw to be able to drink from the oasis without having to carry it. I use the oasis at home cause it’s just so heavy to carry around lol. Suggestion maybe have a silicone boot from hydroflask already for the oasis or at least come with a silicone bottom? Otherwise I was able to find a silicone boot for the oasis on Etsy.
Overall great product thou. Gave 4 stars cause no specific boot and lack of color options now but totally worth it.
[Incentivized Review] Love the cup - the lid not so much

January 31, 2025Bought one of these last year on sale and lost in by the end of the month. Repurchased seeing my favorite color, Lilac as an option, and while I'm glad to have my cup back, the lid is difficult to fully push in. I don't remember having so much trouble getting the lid flush with the lip of the cup, I basically have to push my weight into it and hold it before it's secure. It doesn't leak because of this, but it's annoying to take that first sip, feel that gap, and then have a small dribble disappear under the lid. And so far I've had no issues getting the straw lid on. Overall, this is the perfect size for a stroll, or in a car, and temp control is amazing.

August 21, 2023It’s excellent quality as any of them are but it has three issues that concern me:
The seal with the lid isn’t particularly secure with no locking mechanism and has leaked in my bat, creating a big swampy mess.
Also, the handle/lid is made with the same style lid as the smaller bottles: same thickness, strength, and material, only a longer handle to adapt to the girth. Ordinarily it would be fine but I don’t foresee this handle being able to withstand the heavy pressure for years to come. The handle would best be metal.
The walls are completely smooth, meaning that there is nothing for my hands to grip onto for a container of such a size for drinking out of it. Not so concerning if being used to pour but a grip of some kind would still be nice.
[Incentivized Review] Definitely keeps things hot

March 5, 2023As a coffee drinker, I normally use a ceramic cup for my morning coffee. Unfortunately, it doesn't stay hot for very long in a ceramic cup. I was looking for something that would keep my coffee hot for a longer period of time so I tried the Hydro Flask 16 oz All Around Tumbler. The size of this tumbler is equivalent to a medium-sized coffee from most fast-food restaurants. Since starting to use this cup I have been able to drink my coffee at a more relaxed pace because it definitely keeps it nice & hot! The first time I used it, it took almost too long to cool down to a temp that was tolerable to drink. After that I started adding a bit of ice to the cup. The lid is a pop on/push on lid, not a screw on lid. It is a pretty tight fit but I would have preferred a screw on top because I'm afraid that if the cup gets knocked over, the lid could potentially pop off. I will say that the lid does have a really nice size opening, though. Most cups I've seen, when you slide it open the slit is so small that not much comes out. This one isn't like that. When I take a drink, I feel like I'm getting a good size sip/drink. As far as cleaning, the cup itself is easy to clean but as someone who doesn't have a dishwasher & has to hand wash the cup. I've noticed that the lid seems to take on the taste of the dish soap. No matter how well I rinse it, the next time I drink my coffee, I can taste residual dish soap. I'm not sure how to remedy that so for the time being, I'm just rinsing the lid off with hot water each time I'm done using it. Overall, though, this cup does keep things nice & hot & is a great replacement for my ceramic coffee mugs.
