I really like the flex sip lid because I don’t have to unscrew any cap or worry about needing to clean out a straw. This cap is awesome, well at least for the first few months. I find that the caps eventually leak thru the seal and whenever I go to take a drink, my shirt will also get a drink when the lid leaks between the top and bottom layer because the lid no longer provides a seal between the top and bottom portion. In the past, I have tried to replace the seal, but it doesn’t fix the problem. I have replaced at least 5 flex sip lids over the past two years. I even avoided taking the lid apart to clean it so as not to disrupt any mating surface inside the lid, but it did not make a difference. Please come up with a re-design for the flex sip lid, Hydroflask.

I love this travel mug for drinking coffee. It’s the perfect size for me, and once I’m back on the road after this next week, it'll be traveling with me everyday. It keeps my coffee hot for hours, which is great, since I’m a one-cup-a-day, slow drinker. I love Hydroflask! My favorite water bottles of yours are the limited edition ones that have shades of pink, green, and salmon running through them. I bought 3! When I’m on the road for a few days at a time, it lets me change bottles, which is better than dragging dish soap and drying mats and sponges with me! Your water bottles do keep my water cold for a long time, and is still cold enough at 24 hours.

Overall I am so impressed. When I first opened I thought it seemed really small however once I filled it up, looks are deceiving! I first filled it up with hot chocolate for my evening shift and it stayed hot all night! I was working 6 hours slowly sipping and it was still drinkable when I got home. I then used it for a cold drink the next day and I like to have ice and again, 8 hours later there was still ice in my drink. I am really impressed with how well it retains heat/cold. I have been using it for soup at work as I do not have a microwave here. The feel of the cup is great also. Very sturdy and I like the sippy part

The only kind of flask I’ve ever had is Hydro Flask, but mine have a one- piece lid. The smaller one (16oz) began to slightly leak. So I kept looking at the Hydro Flask and finally found the 16 oz one in Lupine. Well, drinking out of it, the first half of contents are fine, but when you get to the second half and have to tilt it more, it leaks like a sieve. I have tried and tried putting the lid together (3 pieces) with the directions and cannot get it not to leak badly. I would like to try another one. 16 ounce ( don’t really care about the color). I like the fit in my hand, but the bad leak is totally unacceptable. I wish my review was better; but it’s how it is.
