March 8, 2024If you're wondering if your coffee will still be able to provide that warm hug on the inside of you after hours and hours of skiing in the cold windy mountains? Look no further, for you have found your solution. Tried and tested in the cold and windy mountains while skiing (and crashing). It stayed nice and hot for when the comfort was needed. It also looks pretty good out in the wild. If you're thinking of buying one, you won't regret it.
Very Disappointed

April 7, 2017I found myself at the store about a year ago shopping for a new small thermos. I had several styles and brands to choose from. I decided to go with a name brand I have used in the past, Stanley. The first time I used my new high speed low drag Stanley 16 oz. Classic Vacuum Insulated Bottle it resulted in half the thermos contents leaking into my backpack. Hey, it was only 15 degrees out that day! It was even better having my items in the backpack wet and later sticky from coffee. I figured I did something wrong, didn't get stopper on tight enough. Right? Second time I used my new thermos I made sure to double check the stopper. Everything appeared to be good, not mis-threaded, feels tight, is tight, turn thermos upside down multiple times, no leak, put thermos on passenger seat of truck. Mmmm, that coffee smells good in my truck. Yep, the contents of the thermos all over my leather seat! I do not understand how this is happening. It's a thermos, it's supposed to be able to be laid on its side, or dropped into the floorboard when you hit the brakes, or put in a backpack, or a pick nick basket. One of two things! My expectations of how a thermos should work and the environment it should be able to survive are way out of this world! Or, quality/control at the Stanley factory have gone way down! Either one, I am a very disappointed customer.

February 9, 2020I received this as a Christmas gift and in less than a month I noticed tiny air bubbles coming from the seam at the bottom of the bottle when washing. I reached out to Stanley for a warranty replacement and in about 2 weeks I received a package, but it was the wrong item. I reached out to Customer Service and they kindly sent another package. Another couple weeks later, at least this time it was the correct item. Before even attempting to use it I submerged the bottom seam under water and saw 2 tiny streams of bubbles flow from the seam. I also double checked the Care and Use guide to make sure "Do Not Submerge" wasn't listed. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. The Stanley people I spoke with were very kind, but with a failing product behind that, it isn't enough to remedy the situation.

June 4, 2024It looks nice but the lid is a nightmare. It drips every time I serve and the flow is unpredictable. I looked at videos, tried many different ways but still doesn’t work as expected. Looking into returning the item
