In a world dominated with travel tumblers branded starting with a letter S, I read a big east coast city's Times review on best leakproof tumbler and they said that Hydroflask was the winner. So I said, everyone is carrying that other brand as a fashion statement, I want function. When I saw this limited edition color with its pink swirls, I said, "perfect". It's beautiful, it keeps my drink icy cold even overnight, and I really, really like the silicone straw rather than a rigid one. I have a (perhaps irrational but then it was on some episode of a fire/rescue drama my mom watches) fear of somehow falling or hitting a bump in the road and having a rigid straw pierce the roof of my mouth. The soft straw is comfortable and it flexes easily to my mouth when I'm driving, avoiding having to tilt my head in any weird way so as to momentarily shift my eyes away from the road. It fits my little cup holders in my Bronco Sport perfectly with the handle well above the level of the cup holder so there's no wobble. It sits squarely on my desk without being too top heavy so I don't worry about it tipping, and the press on lid is very secure. The straw is long enough to stir my sugar-free flavor drops into my water, and it is indeed encouraging me to drink more on a daily basis. Water, that is, not liquor. It's my job that encourages the latter (I kid, I kid). Anyway, you can't really go wrong with this design, I might order a second one in another color and have it engraved. And buy extra silicon straws, this one is pretty sturdy but I'm a straw chewer so who knows how long it'll stand my chompers. (The small bottle boot was purchased separately from Hydroflask.)

I was so excited for my Hydro flask Tumblr. The color is gorgeous and it keeps my water cold, but if it is on the floor and it tips over on its side it spills everywhere the top comes off and all my 40 ounces are on the floor. This happened right before lecture of mine. It happened on my first day of my internship and now I just don’t use the cup and I got a Hydro jug and because they have caps that actually screw in and it has a straw that you can fold down I love it so much more. It does everything the hydro flask does except it does not leak. I even called customer support to let them know this issue because the ad for this cup states there’s a lifetime warranty so I called and they said they would expect it to leak if tipped over. If that is really what is expected with this cup I should never have asked for it for Christmas. I’m just very confused because two my friends have it and when there’s tip over the top does not come off and it does not leak. They love theirs they use them all the time and they have no issues but I do. Very disappointed and I will only be purchasing hydrojugs from now on

I am a Hydro gal for a long time now, and I had a special occasion I was waiting for confirmation to celebrate. When I knew it was all good I purchased my All Around Tumbler, 32 oz in a lovely bright blue. I hoped it wouldn’t feel too big or too heavy but it’s just right. The handle is very secure and makes it so much easier to move around the house. Because this is a straw type cup it stays home, so I got the special engraving I always wanted. I purchased extra straws and like that I can customize. I am very happy with the quality of the engraving and the price it’s offered for. I can’t wait to get another piece as soon as I can. As for the tumbler, I find the size really works for me. I fill all with ice and then water and in that combo it stays icy overnight. The size is just right, I consider two full rounds a goal for my daily water. I have a couple of the type with the screw on lids but those aren’t great for when you are home or driving. I love my All Around and can’t wait to get another. I haven’t been this excited about something in a long time. Love it !

I have a 32 oz that is perfect for my needs - gym, sitting in traffic, working at my desk, binging shows in front of the TV, etc.

I got a 40z for my friend's birthday as he drives for Uber full time and he loves that it helps him stay hydrated, easy to drink on-the-go, and he doesn't have to make stops at a drive-thru/gas station for liquids throughout the day.

So easy to clean! no nooks or crannies I have to work extra hard to get into. A straw brush for the straw and regular sponge for the rest is more than enough.

It's wonderfully splash-proof, i can dangle it from my hand as I walk and not worry about it leaking, I can lean it against the arm of my couch and not worry bout it leaking, etc. I also love the lupine color asit's very pretty and reminds me of a local wildflower, the lupine.

On a hot day ice won't keep long but the drink does stay decently cold for hours, which is more than enough for my needs. I don't need ice cold, just cold enough to be refreshing and this accomplishes that very well.
