I got this size water bottle because it's not too big and not too small. I just used this in a Chevy suburban and the bottle fit just right in the cup holder. I got the lid without the straw and it has a nice carry handle. I will buy the lid with the straw for future use because it is not easy for me to drink from this bottle when the car is in motion. the car stopped and I wasn't paying attention and the water spilled on me. if I had a lid with a straw that would've never happened. the bottle is good as is for hiking because I can just stop and drink from my bottle. if you intend to use this in a vehicle I would get the lid with the straw. the bottle kept my drinks cold. didn't test it for hot drinks yet as I am writing this review in the summer. it was a little pricey for my usual budget but I find it is worth it because so far the bottle is very durable and it seems it will last a while. the bottle is also easy to clean. so far so good!

This hydro flask wine bottle is the perfect size to hold the standard wine bottle size of liquid - 750ml. And it does a very nice job of that. Chill your wine (you can also chill the hydro flask too) and it's going to stay cool for hours in this thing. This is perfection for the beach, a picnic, outdoor park concert, or even just a summer's night outside in your own backyard. And while the size of this bottle is perfect for wine, there's, of course, no reason you cannot fill it with any other liquid you would like to stay hot or cold. It's a nice large bottle for any drink you'd like to fill it with. The hydro flask brand is trusted for a reason. Their products work well and last. I've found that to be the case with my other hydro flask products and don't doubt that this will be the case here too. It feels just as sturdy as my others. The twist top works smoothly and I haven't had any issues with leaks. It pours well and I have not had issues with unwanted drips.

While I know these are intended to be for wine, I purchased one as a gift for a friend who loves drinking tea out on his patio. I wanted to get him something that would keep his drink warm and had a lid to protect it from stray insects, but also wouldn't get stained by the tea and be easy to clean. This was the perfect solution. As an added benefit, the ceramic lining means that he can have the occasional mix drink in it without worrying about the taste leeching into the bottle. It doesn't hurt that the flask itself looks great and seems like it could take a real beating.

I bought this about a month or more ago and I absolutely love it, just like every single other hydroflask I own. I know it’s labeled as a “wine bottle” but that’s not what I got it for, though it’s nice to know I could fit an entire bottle inside it cause I definitely do like a very cold white wine. But I mostly got it due to the fact it’s a bit larger than my favorite I own, which is a limited edition from early this year, the campfire orange one. It’s a 21oz small mouth and mostly orange with dark green logo and strap on the cap. But for when I’m going on a hike or going out on the boat in the ocean or just want an even larger bit of water (or literally any other drink you could think of) this bottle is great for those occasions. It’s a few ounces larger than my favorite and my other favorite cap (the sports cap) fits it and it also gives it a handle to hold or clip onto a bag. I also like that it has a built in rubber bottom, so you don’t need to buy a rubber boot for this one (though almost all of my flasks have boots on them or are special editions that come with a rubber boot in a nice color) but just like any other hydroflask, it’s got that nice textured grip that’s easy to grip with sweaty hands and never sweats and of course keeps your drink ice cold for hours and hours, far beyond the time you’d need it. Although I do appreciate how all flasks keep your drink cold for so long because I’m one of those ppl who wake up in the middle of the night parched or have a dry mouth, so I throw about 5-6 ice cubes in it (or ANY other flask that’s at least over 20oz, as smaller ones don’t need as much ice since it doesn’t hold as much water) and fill up with water and have it on my nightstand next to me at night and I’ve always got perfectly ice cold water all night and early morning long before brushing my teeth or while making coffee. So yes, like literally every single hydroflask bottle, I highly recommend. Don’t let the prices scare you away either, I assure you it’s worth every last penny. AND they have an amazing warranty so if there’s any defect and it somehow breaks under normal use, fill out a warranty claim online and they’ll replace the entire bottle for you (or cap, if a certain cap breaks-which I did when my sports bottle cap broke into two pieces when unscrewing it, and no hassle at ALL) but again, if you have any standard mouth bottle I HIGHLY recommend the sports kid. It’s perfect for one handed drinking and super easy to clean (esp with the hydroflask cleaning tablets) also remember that it’s NOT exclusively for wine, it’s just branded that way since it’ll hold an entire standard bottle of wine. It can be used for ANY drink of your choice. Also, the cap rhe comes with it doesn’t have a strap like all other flasks do, which isn’t a big deal to me personally since I use the sports cap exclusively anyway but for others you may want to buy a separate standard mouth lid with a strap and choose whatever color you’d like. But do NOT buy a rubber boot for this bottle as it’s the only flask with a built in rubber bottom, virtually eliminating the need of the rubber boot. That one of my fav features of this bottle. Also, I’d been wanting to buy a “fog” colored bottle for several months now and finally did and it’s even more beautiful in real life. I love it. And the way they shaped it, it’s basically just like a taller version of my favorite (21oz) and therefore fits in my cars cupholders. It should fit in almost any cupholder, whether it’s the main ones of the bottle ones in the door in newer cars. Even if it doesn’t, just secure it in your vehicle or lay it next to your leg and the center console.
