Installed in like 5 minutes. Blue tooth works when on the area but I wanted mobile functions. I purchased the connect to help with that. Works great now. You have to allow mobile locations for lock and unlock functions to work seamlessly. I plan on getting a key pad for the other people. I would also like to see door sense integration with Google or Alexa. Wish a chime when opened.

This makes life so much easier. I have it linked to a Amazon echo device and they pair nicely together. I only rated it a 4 as some times the auto unlock is slow however that could be due to the poor internet speed in the area. Even with that I can unlock the door before picking up the groceries and coming inside. No more need to drop everything to open the door. Add to that the capacity to set a routine I now simply say goodnight and the lights turn off and the door locks without me having to go down stairs.

Bought two locks, door bell and key pad for our Air BB home. Give the guest options to use key pad or the August App. Has been an important tool for us to manage our Air BB for customer access, control of time limits, letting people in remotly. Customers love it. We don’t have to deal with keys or pass cards. Allows us to be at home ( other location) even out of country to control access to our Air BB. Thank you for an excellent product.

I bought this product a year ago for a vacation home. Besides an occasional quirk I would give it a five star. I have had a couple of times when the vacationer had difficulty accessing the entry, and the only other problem is the frequency you have to change out batteries. I have to change them out every month or two. Otherwise I love the product. It works very well for setting up short term rental rentals!
