In a small jar or bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, honey, vinegar, chile powder, and salt. Whisk or shake to combine. Prepare the lettuce, mangoes, and onion and combine in a large bowl. Immediately before serving, drizzle with about ½ of the dressing and toss gently.
