Help Muhammad and his family get to safety!

Muhammad's family is currently sleeping under the open sky, with not even a tent to protect them. A sky filled with drones and missiles (many of them manufactured on UK and US soil). Like so many, the family are under constant bombardment, and living without clean water, without food, and now without shelter - in a state of perpetual physical and mental agony. 26-year-old Muhammad is still under immense pressure to show the world what he is living through - if he stops doing this, he will lose his only hope of survival, as it is only through direct financial aid that Gazans currently have any hope of surviving the terror of an 8-month genocide.

Although we successfully raised enough funds to evacuate Muhammad's two brothers a couple of months ago, the rest of his family is trapped in the biggest open-air extermination camp in the history of the 21st century.

Thanks to your generous donations, we have been able to evacuate Muhammad's two brothers, Abdullah and Obaida, who are now safe in Egypt together. It is still beyond belief that we have been able to raise the desired funds, and this brings some small hope and consolation. However, as a ground invasion of Rafah looms, it has never been more urgent to help evacuate the Aborida family, as every day could be their last. Muhammad is a 26 year old from Gaza who for many years used to fundraise and provide aid to his community via his project, Smile Gaza . (@smile_gaza). Now, after almost 190 days of g*nocide, it is our turn to help him. Muhammad and his 26 family members have been continuously displaced and 9 of them are now trying to leave Gaza. They are being subjected to constant violence and terror, and now facing starvation. Like other Gazans they have struggled for many months to access clean water, food, and shelter. Due to the inflation that comes with this scarcity, the costs for Muhammad to secure travel for himself and his family are exorbitant. Please donate and share so that Muhammad, his wife, and extended family members can finally be safe.

Muhammad's SocialFund fundraiser was recently deleted and the funds returned to senders, so we have created this one to give Muhammad's family another chance to rebuild their lives.

Muhammad (26) and his siblings Ahmed (28), Obeida (24) , Abdalla (19) and Noor (15) have their whole life ahead of them, yet find themselves in a position no young person should be in. They are supporting the older members of their family, father Zyad, and their grandmother, while dealing with the physical and psychological toll of g*nocide.

The cost per person to leave Gaza is currently $5,000 (roughly £4,000) including all costs and transit coordination. We are setting the goal at £40,000 to allow Mohammed and his family to evacuate Gaza, as well as be able to survive the starvation and shortage of food and water in Gaza.
