The Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board (TAB) is scheduled to meet on the following dates in 2024:

All TAB meetings in 2024 will be delivered using a hybrid format. The physical location of the meeting is Room 105, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Individuals can also participate virtually by way of Microsoft Teams. A meeting agenda, meeting materials and a link to participate virtually will be made available to the public at least two weeks prior to each meeting scheduled in 2024.

Public Comment:

Individuals who request to provide public comment at the June 13, 2024 Oil and Gas Technical Advisory Board (TAB) meeting must submit a written copy of the comment to [email protected] no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting (i.e., 10:00 am on June 11, 2024). The comment must relate directly to a topic that is listed on the June 13, 2024 meeting agenda for consideration by the board. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes. Written comment will be shared with TAB members, but will not be posted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (Department) website. The Department intends to record the June 13, 2024 meeting in its entirety. In accordance with the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronics Surveillance Control Act (Wiretap Act), 18 Pa. C.S. Section 5703, participation in the meetings conveys each meeting participant’s implied acceptance and consent to be recorded. The recording of the meeting is intended to be posted to the DEP website.
